AW Designs has been an independent CNC machine shop for over 6 years. Success for AW Designs and it’s owner Jeff Weiler,

builds off of experience in design and manufacturing  during a 25 year career as a mechanical engineer in the military and

aerospace industries. 

We have the experience and tools to machine a variety of materials.

Examples are:

Aluminum - 6061-T6 and 7075-T6 as well as 2219 and 6063

Steel - 1018, 1020, 1144, A36, 4130, 4340, 12L14, etc. 

Stainless steel - 303, 304L, 316, 17-4, etc. 

Plastics - ABS, Acetal, UHMW, Teflon, nylon, polycarbonate and acrylic just to name a few.
